Q. Who is OrangeBee Private Monetary SystemTM, Inc.?

A. What is now OrangeBee Private Monetary SystemTM, Inc., (OBM) was founded in 1989, by James E “Buddy” Hooper who is our President & CEO.

Q. Is OrangeBee Private Monetary SystemTM, Inc. Legal?

OrangeBee Private Monetary SystemTM, Incorporated, ©™ a FLORIDA CORPORATION. In 1982, the United States Congress enacted the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA Act), OrangeBee Private Monetary SystemTM, Inc. (OBM) operates under the provision of this Act. For Tax purposes, and by signing below Account agrees OrangeBeeTM Dollars is taxable in the year it is earned and reported to the IRS just as bank interest and income are reported. OrangeBeeTM recommends Account seek advice from Tax Experts. OrangeBeeTM Dollars is not Legal Tender as defined by the US Congress. OrangeBeeTM Accounts account is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or any other such governmental or quasi-governmental agency.

Q. What is OBMTM Cash?

A. OBMTM cash is obtained from the OBMTM office just as you obtain cash from your bank. It is issued in $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 denominations and is used like cash with many OBMTM Accounts, restaurants, etc. No change is given, and tax and tips, where applicable, is paid in cash, and it is not legal tender.

Q. Cash is king, why accept OBMTM?

A. Cash is not king, purchasing power is king. You will have more purchasing power if you accept OBMTM. Preservation of capital is fundamental to good business practice. That is exactly why you should use every means possible to avoid spending it. OBMTM is an excellent way to offset cash expenses. OBMTM cost less than cash, but can obtain the same value.

Q. I need more cash. How does this help me get more?

A. When you make a purchase with OBMTM, you are paying for it with additional business. This cash stays in your business. You will always have more cash if you accept OBMTM, not less.

Q. Will I get paid Cash for these Sales?

A. What we refer to as cash is really just a medium of exchange, the U. S. Dollar. There are many mediums of exchange: the Mexican Peso, Russian Rubble, Japanese Yen, etc. These new sales will be paid for with OBMTM and will be deposited in your OBMTM bank account, from which you can draw, and spend just as you do with your cash bank account. As with the other mediums of exchange, you must spend them with someone that accepts that medium of exchange.

Q. Will I pay more with OBMTM?

A. We do not negotiate the prices you pay, but it is our policy that sales are at regular cash prices. Spend your OBMTM in the same manner that you spend your cash. If you do not feel it is a good deal, do not make the purchase.

Q. What about part cash, part OBMTM?

A. In some instances, on very large dollar sales the seller may negotiate part cash. The more OBMTM you will accept, the more sales you will receive.

Q. Can I make personal purchases?

A. Absolutely! And any time you buy with OBMTM, you do not spend your hard-earned cash, be it business or personal.

Q. Who else can use my OBMTM account?

A. Your OBMTM account is just like your cash account. You can let anyone use it that you want.

Q. Can I pay my Employees with OBMTM?

A. Why not, OBMTM is a wonderful way to pay employees, be it salary, commissions, bonuses, etc. They can use them for many of their needs for which they are paying cash. OBMTM can be a great incentive and morale builder, at a very small cost to you. Any questions about taxes, you should consult with your accountant.

Q. Can I pay cash debts with OBMTM?

A. Yes, it is often possible to negotiate cash debt payments in OBM.

Q. Can I make charitable donations with OBMTM?

A. Yes you can and your tax deductions are the same as cash. The charitable organization can purchase some of their needs from Accounts of OBMTM with the OBMTM that you donated. Any questions about taxes, you should consult with your accountant.

Q. Where are your Accounts located?

A. We have accounts in Bangladesh, Scotland, Canada, and from Maryland to California and from Michigan to Texas, and of course Florida, ready to accept your OBM.

Q. What if I do not want all the other OBMTM Accounts to know that I am an Account?

A. You may choose not to be promoted visibly for a variety of reasons. We can provide confidentiality if you wish.

Q. What about my present customers?

A. OBMTM will not convert your cash sales to OBMTM sales. You will not get our OBMTM Account purchases unless you are an Account of OBM.

Q. When can I start selling on OBMTM?

A. In most cases, you can start as soon as your application has been approved.

Q. How much must I sell on OBMTM?

A. You are the one who determines how much OBMTM you will accept in any given period. If you wish, you can go “On Hold” and stop selling on OBMTM in accordance with OBMTM’s rules and regulations.

Q. Are high demand products available on OBMTM?

A. There are some items that are in high demand and with a low profit margin for the seller that may not be available on OrangeBee. When you make a purchase of other items on OBMTM, the cash you save can be used to purchase these items.

Q. What kinds of things are available?

A. You can buy thousands of different products, goods and services, on a continually changing and expanding basis. You should always anticipate your purchases as far ahead as possible, check the web site, and if not found, call your OBMTM broker before spending cash on anything.

Q. Can I obtain a line of credit with OBMTM?

A. Yes, we can extend credit. A credit application must be completed and approved. We charge 1-percent interest (OBM) per month on the unpaid balance. When OBMTM extends a loan to you, we must send you new customers that will buy from your business enabling you to pay us back.

Q. What about taxes?

A. OBMTM sales are taxable income. They are treated just as cash sales. OBMTM will report all sales to the IRS at year’s end and furnish you this information on IRS Form 1099B. As with any questions concerning taxes, you should check with your accountant.

Q. May I buy advertising with OBMTM?

A. This is a very efficient way to use your OBMTM to increase your cash business. Spending OBMTM for advertising reduces your cost and increases its effectiveness. We have many options available for local, national and international advertising. Media available include: magazines, newspapers, radio, television, direct mail, etc.

Q. What if you have nothing I need?

A. We have assembled an ever increasing and diversified list of businesses. Our Accounts find many goods and services they can now obtain with OBMTM, for which they normally would have to pay cash. However, there may be specific items or services we will not have at a specific time.
