This means that if you charge an OBM^TM account $500.00 for a service you perform then a $500.00 deposit will be put in your OBM^TM bank account, with OBM taking 10% of that, which in this case would leave you $450.00 to make purchases from any OBM^TM Account. Even though Individuals are only charged OBM for their Broker Fee, they may sell and purchase from any OBM^TM Account, not just Individuals. The Individual is not eligible for a credit line; all fees are paid in OBM^TM, all the other Rules & Regulations of OBM^TM apply to the Individual.
